DEOL Partners is active in several hospitality projects. They include: Senator Apartments, Ukraine's first chain of high-quality, full-service furnished apartments for travelers to Ukraine's capital and 11 Mirrors Design Hotel, the first design hotel in the CIS countries with a strong sense of style located in the very heart of old and dynamic Kyiv. Senator Beach and Sport Resort, a closed VIP-level country club developed and managed by DEOL Partners team, provides its members, their families and guests with an opportunity to pursue an active lifestyle by experiencing a variety of leisure, recreational, athletic, health and other outdoor activities. The Club also offers private accommodation for members and the very popular Senator Junior Summer Camps are held here during week days. Kiev Airport City is a mixed-use project being currently developed by DEOL Partners in the area of Boryspil International Airport. The first development phase includes construction of two hotels (230 and 260 rooms respectively), and an operational management agreement signed with an international hotel chain (project is under construction).



Riverside Town is DEOL Partners’ residential project which represents a unique concept of European-style low-rise multi-family homes located in Makariv, 34 km west of the Kyiv city boundary along the west-leading Zhitomir highway.

Kyiv’s explosion into one of Europe’s fastest-growing cities has generated a need for quality housing to serve its new professional class. Riverside Town is just that sort of housing. It’s targeted at car-owning middle-income families who want to combine the convenience and security of an urban environment with the higher quality of life associated with a suburban setting.



DEOL Partners developed a few office real estate projects. Among them is Leonardo Business Centre, the first “A” class business centre in Ukraine. The transaction on its sale conducted in 2006 is still ranked the biggest investment deal in the Ukrainian real estate market.

The multifunctional complex Kiev Airport City is a long-term development project to be located in Boryspil International Airport. It provides the best, most convenient accommodation and business, and conference facilities for the increasing number of international travelers coming to Ukraine to do business, or using Kyiv as an easy gateway to the entire CIS region.

DEOL Partners acted as developer for the range of PromInvestBank branches including repositioning of the office network and launch of the sophisticated reconstruction and renewing works in the Bank’s head office in Sofievskaya Street, Kyiv.



Super-regional shopping centre Mall of Ukraine is a vibrant public space to which families go for a meal or to people-watch, congregate, and entertain themselves. Its international concept, attractive location, maximum concentration of high-quality goods, carefully selected tenants, entertainment and recreational facilities make the Mall of Ukraine a one-of-a-kind lifestyle destination for Kyiv. The concept was developed by the architectural firm Chapman Taylor and supported by a team of Ukrainian and international consultants from Cushman & Wakefield and Ernst& Young.

DEOL Partners as the developer conducted all necessary works for the construction process launch (concept, architecture, construction permits). More than 60% of preliminary rent agreements with anchor tenants were signed, but, due to the financial crisis, the project has been suspended by the Investors.
