Our company is currently looking for a young enthusiastic candidate to fill the position of Hotel Sales Manager.
Main Objectives: To nurture existing clients and to develop close relationships with new clients through telesales, appointments, presentations, entertainment, etc. To promote the business across all designated market segments. To act as Ambassador for the brand at all times.
Main Duties:
- • To be fully aware of the hotel's policies and key standards.
- • To be responsible for nurturing, maintaining and developing business for all aspects of the hotel.
- • To promote the brand as the number one in hotel market segment and to gain a reputation as a "must know" contact across client base.
- • To introduce the hotel to client base, to sell all the properties with passion, enthusiasm and understanding.

Requirements:
- • Fluent English is a must.
- • Highly developed inter-personal skills, particularly in persuasion, negotiation and influencing.

- • Good analytical, accuracy and numeric skills. Well organized, priority focused and quick to adapt to change.
- • Highly computer literate.
- • Ability to work under own initiative in a highly pressured environment.
- • Degree in marketing and/or tourism management.
- • At least 3 year experience in services and property sales in hotel segment.

Responsibilities:

INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
DEOL Partners invites highly motivated, result-oriented graduates or students who are in their 4th or 5th year of a degree course to join our team for a 3 or 6 month internship.
The internship program is a way for individuals to experience the environment that has made DEOL Partners the most innovative and competent commercial real estate company in Ukraine.
The major objective of the program is to find talented individuals with a potential to grow within the Company.
After completing the program, participants have an opportunity to stay with our company and forge their career in a dynamic Commercial Real Estate environment.
Interns will be fully integrated into DEOL Partners’ daily activities and will work according to an Individual Internship and Development plan designed according to the participant’s personal expectations and the Company business requirements.
Interns will work shoulder-to-shoulder with top real estate professionals and will have real assignments and projects. Along with the opportunity to be involved into commercial Real Estate business inside the Company, they can get a chance to pursue independent projects. We acknowledge that it is not common practice to pay bonuses during internship, but we would like to reward every participant for well done job.
